JPW, PW & Midgets / All Cheer - $230

All registration fees are non-refundable. The Equipment Rental fee is refundable if child is cut during try-outs.
Midgets and Pee Wees will have cuts for the 2024-25 season.

We are excited about the upcoming 2024-2025 season!
Registrations will be open to returning football players and Mighty Mite Cheerleaders. Cheer will be open to the public for all other levels (JPW, PW, Mid).
Time: 6:30-7:30 pm
Location: Mountain Mikes (Constitution Blvd)

Open to the Public will begin for both Football and Cheer:

Proof of Residency:
PER MBYFL, all Proof of Residency documents must be originals. Copies will not be accepted
An Identification Card / Drivers License is now a mandatory requirement for proof of address and must include your proof of residency address.
Must provide two proofs of residency. (i.e. Cable, Water, Internet, Phone Bill, etc.)
Your child’s official school record also works as additional proof of residency.
Child’s Birth Certificate
You will not be able to register without the above documentation.

Q. My DL/ID lists my PO Box, would I need to get a new card to list my physical address?
A. YES, we do not accept anything with a P.O.Box
Q. I just moved but my DL/ID lists my previous address, all my other documents list address within boundaries, do I need to get a new card?
A. We apologize, but your address must match your Driver’s License. If you visit the DMV and receive a temporary card with your address, you can use that as your DL/ID.
Q. I changed my address on the DMV website and have received a confirmation of the change, do I need to pay to receive a new card?
A. If they do not provide you with a card then we will need the receipt, and, provide us with your child’s school records with proof of address. (Must be current) This will be in addition to your (2) proofs of residency.
Q. I move quite often, so my DL/ID does not list address I am currently living in, does this mater if I reside within boundaries and can show other proof of address (ie. utility bills, bank statements, medical/insurance)?
A. We apologize, but your address must match your Driver’s License and (2) two proofs of residency. If you visit the DMV and receive a temporary card with your address, you can use that as your DL/ID.
